Early Entry - Edmar

Greater flexibility and durability!!!

Our early entry blades cut faster and last longer than conventional early entry diamond blades due to patented Advanced Ceramic Technology. These ceramic pieces add significantly more cutting points to the matrix.
Their alignment protects the kerf from erosion, maintaining the thickness of the segment and the clearance from the steel core until all the cutting points are used.

All blades have a 1” arbor, and “Christmas tree” or Triangle knock-out to accommodate all early entry concrete saws.

Choose the right blade for you!

When choosing your blade, keep in mind the following factors:

  • Aggregate hardness.
  • Time the concrete has cured.
  • If you use Soff-cut blades see table below.
  • Choose the size based on saw model.
Not sure which blade to use? 

GEM-EE200 (Green), GEM-EE400 (Red) or GEM-EE500 (Orange) are a good blades to start with.
